By accessing or using Competitor Analysis Autopilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Competitor Analysis Autopilot is an AI-powered tool that analyses the publicly accessible text content of two websites and generates a competitor gap analysis report.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at ashpointdigital@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit URLs to websites you do not have permission to analyse.
• Attempt to scrape, overload, or abuse the Service or its underlying APIs.
• Resell or redistribute reports without permission.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying AI prompts or system.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

• Free plan: 3 reports, never expires, no credit card required.
• Starter plan: $19/month, 30 reports per calendar month.
• Pro plan: $49/month, unlimited reports.

Unused reports do not roll over. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for any paid plan. Contact ashpointdigital@gmail.com within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Reports are produced by an AI and provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranty that the analysis is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular business decision. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for any business decisions made based on reports generated by this Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ashpoint Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

Reports generated belong to you. The Service itself — software, design, prompts, and methodology — belongs to us and may not be copied without written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing ashpointdigital@gmail.com.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
