Competitor Analysis Autopilot is an AI-powered tool that analyses the publicly accessible text content of two websites and generates a competitor gap analysis report. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier available.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@example.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

The Service offers a free plan and paid monthly subscription plans (Starter and Pro). Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. All prices are in USD.
Unused reports do not roll over between billing periods on the Starter plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you retain access until the period ends.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for any paid plan. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first charge, contact us at hello@example.com for a full refund. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
The reports generated by the Service are produced by an AI and are provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranty that the analysis is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular business decision. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not responsible for any business decisions made based on reports generated by this Service. Always apply your own judgement before acting on AI-generated analysis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Competitor Analysis Autopilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The reports generated from your URL submissions belong to you. The Service itself — including the software, design, prompts, and methodology — belongs to us and may not be copied or replicated without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@example.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
